HISTORY
Horizon Prep first opened its doors in 2000 as Horizon Christian Preschool on the campus of Horizon Christian Fellowship North County, in beautiful Rancho Santa Fe, California.  By 2003 the school had grown to include the 20-acre property adjacent to the church campus and now serves 425 students, Preschool - 8th grade.  

Preparing mind, body, soul and strength with Classically-based, Christ-centered, academic excellence, Horizon Prep is known as a loving, nurturing environment with high academic standards. With standardized test scores in the top 94th percentile nationwide, Horizon Prep students not only receive instruction in core subjects, but Latin, Spanish, Bible, art, music, Library, Technology and Physical Education as well. Horizon Prep was recently chosen 'Best of' Preschool and 'Best of' Private School.
